September 2020 Transition

First Day of School

Our tidy up song

We are really looking forward to welcoming all of our new Reception children this year. We can’t wait to get to know you and see how you will shine at our school!

Unfortunately, due to the current situation, transition will be a little bit different this year. We promise that we will do our very best to make the transition as smooth and exciting as possible for our new children!

We thought the children might want to know what their new teacher and teaching assistant would look like so please see below for a picture of me and my amazing teaching assistant Mrs Freeman.

Class Teacher                               Teaching Assistant

We also thought that you might want a little reminder of what school normally looks like and so we have put together a short tour video to show you our classroom and the rest of the school.

We are offering children the chance to have a zoom call with me and we are currently in the process of organising and completing these calls. If you would like the opportunity to have a zoom call and you have not already completed the parents questionnaire sent via email please feel free to contact school and this can be arranged.

As always if you do have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me through our school office email: admin@huttonrudby.n-yorks.sch.uk
