Katie Craddock – Co-opted Governor

Katie Craddock has a son who attends our school and has lived in the village since 2017.
Passionate about childhood development, she has supported schools via Reading Buddies and mentoring programmes. Having worked in manufacturing for over 20 years, Katie has experience of leading diverse teams, driving cultural change and managing large budgets. She is enthusiastic about encouraging children’s interest in STEM subjects, with particular focus on how to make these accessible to girls at all stages of their education.
Katie is incredibly proud of our school community and has a strong belief in collaboration as well as finding strength in our differences.
Away from work and school, Katie loves spending time with her family & friends, as well as cooking & therefore exercising!
