To embed the new Cornerstones Curriculum across

To create greater opportunities within the curriculum for pupils to write at greater depth.
To develop reading areas throughout school.
To implement a new handwriting policy across school

Priority 1 To create an effective Behaviour management system.
Priority 2 To develop the voice/effectiveness of the School
Priority 3 To provide weekly one to one nurturing sessions for vulnerable pupils focusing upon their mental health and well-being.
Outcomes for pupils
To raise the percentage of pupils working at Greater depth in writing.
To increase the progress score in writing at the end of KS2.
Effectiveness of Early Years Provision
To develop the Learning environment to create a
stimulating Early years provision
To continually review and monitor all safeguarding
procedures across school.
