Mulan Musical A Huge Success

Congratulations to Year 5 & 6, who put on three stunningly professional performances of the Broadway Jr musical Mulan on Thursday and Friday. Audiences were wowed by the incredible level of acting, singing and dancing from all of the children across both year groups.

Special mentions should go to Matilda for her performance as the hero Mulan, Sam for his take on the cheeky dragon Mushu, Layton for a sterling performance as Captain Shang, Molly for her terrifying performance as villain Shan-Yu and Guy, Haris, Poppy, Amelia and Lucy for guiding us through the production as Ancestors.

There should also be a special mention for Mr Whawell whose musical genius was evident in rehearsals and across all three performances!

Have a look at our special Mulan page to see a gallery of photos and (eventually) videos of a very special performance.
